Paul has also served as a Senior Architect, Design Manager, and Construction Administrator supporting complex federal projects for the U.S. Navy, Department of Veterans Affairs, Defense Intelligence Agency, and Central Intelligence Agency. This work required a high level of precision, technical coordination, quality assurance, accountability, and collaboration among architects, engineers, contractors, and government stakeholders.
